Thank you for booking slots with SequenSale®. We strive to provide the best possible service for our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to slot bookings for our sequencing machines.
1. General Refund Policy
1.1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Cancellations made by SequenSale® due to equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Cancellations made by the customer within the allowable cancellation period specified below.
1.2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Cancellations made by the customer outside of the allowable cancellation period.
- Failure to use the booked slot without prior cancellation.
- Cancellations made due to customers change of mind or personal reasons not related to our service quality.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Customers can cancel their bookings up to 15 days before the scheduled slot for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled slot will not be eligible for a refund.
2.2. SequenSale®-Initiated Cancellations
In the event that SequenSale® needs to cancel a slot due to equipment failure, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Refund Process
3.1. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@sequensale.online with your booking details and the reason for the cancellation.
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 15 business days.
3.2. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the booking. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
